1. Using Tidalic
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Tidalic. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind them to these terms of service. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
Your Account: You’re responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use: You may not use Tidalic for illegal or harmful activities, Interfere with the platform's security or operations and Attempt to access other user's data.
Email: You agree to receive email updates from us about Tidalic, including notifications about your account or usage of Tidalic, requests for actions you must take to maintain your service, and notifications about feature updates.
2. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the content you create or upload to Tidalic.
By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content only to provide and improve our services.
We do not access or use your data for advertising or resale.
3. Payment
Some features of Tidalic may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Allow recurring charges unless cancelled
4. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your account anytime via settings.
We may suspend or terminate access to Tidalic for violations of these Terms or for prolonged inactivity.
Upon termination, we’ll delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Tidalic and all related content (except your data) are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of FlowOS without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer
Tidalic is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we work hard to make it reliable and secure.
To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for any damages resulting from use of our platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make major changes, we’ll notify you via email or in-app.
Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia (or your local laws if required by regulation).
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts within our operating jurisdiction.
